You do not have to be superman to do a Tandem Skydive, but you should be in general good health.

You must be at least 16 years of age and if you are under 18 you will require a parent or guardian's consent.

There are no formal upper age limits to Tandem Skydiving, so long as you are in good health.

All parachutists will be required to sign a declaration of medical fitness.

In the case of any person over the age of 40, a BPA Medical Certificate signed by a doctor is required. This will be forwarded to you when you make a booking.

How fast do I fall?

Freefall averages 120 miles per hour or 200ft per second.

What clothing should I wear?

Dress in casual comfortable clothing for the time of year like jogging bottoms, shorts, t-shirt and sweat tops. We provide you with a jumpsuit to wear in freefall. Sports shoes/trainers are recommended (sorry no high heels!).

Is there a weight limit?

The upper weight limit is approx 16 Stones 7lbs. (105 kilos) please contact us if you are near this limit.

Can I breathe in freefall?

Yes!

What does it feel like?

We cannot describe the unique sensations you will feel, but we will tell you that it will be your most exhilarating experience yet!

How long do I fall?

You will freefall for almost 40 seconds and then under the open parachute for between five and ten minutes.

Will I be scared?

It is normal to be apprehensive about jumping from an airplane. The airplane ride up is typically where most students feel the most anxiety, but few jumpers report feeling anything but exhilaration once they’ve left the aircraft!

What height will we jump from?

You will jump from at least 10,000 feet.

How experienced are the instructors?

All of our instructors have thousands of jumps and hold a British Parachute Association tandem rating.
